Glazar's passion for honest
documentary
work draws him to street scenes and subcultures, where he exposes
the surreal in what is real and brings the background to the foreground.
His focus is not myopic, however. He has worked on staff as a newspaper photographer and photo editor. His photographs have been published in magazines and purchased as stock. He has also been commissioned to shoot products and portraits for various websites.
Glazar's recent work documenting New York City bike culture has been shown at 3rd Ward Gallery and at Monkeytown and has been used to promote the Bicycle Film Festival. This work is currently represented by FinePrint Literary Management.
